If you discover that it is not a perfect fit, please contact us by phone or through a support ticket/Live Chat, or send an email to [email protected] requesting cancellation. To cancel your order, we will need your billing information (name, transaction ID, etc.), email address, login name, and a brief note explaining why you want a refund. We will refund your money if you request it within 3 days of signing up or after 30 percent of the project has been completed. Your receipt will be processed within 10 days of your request.
